Housing Information Once you register for Heart Rhythm 2010, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that will include a link to book your housing.
Travel Planners will serve as the Heart Rhythm Society’s official housing company. Any questions related to hotel arrangements should be directed to Travel Planners by calling (888) 337-2665 or by e-mailing HRS@tphousing.com.
Shuttle service will be available from the official hotels.
Heart Rhythm 2010 Press Room: Room 610
The Heart Rhythm Society Press Room will be located in Room 610 at the Colorado Convention Center. Attending media should pick up registration materials and badges in the Press Room. The Press Room opens Tuesday, May 11th at 3:00 p.m. and will remain open during all regular registration hours. The Press Room will be equipped with internet access, computers, printers, phone lines and additional services. Continental breakfast and boxed lunches will be available. All Heart Rhythm Society news conferences will be conducted in the Press Briefing Room located adjacent to the press room in Room 612. |
